Wali Shabgeer

Shabgeer is Vice President at ARM Consulting. He has over 12 years of professional experience with Afghan Ministries of Commerce, Finance, Education, Mines, Rural Development, and International organizations such as the World Bank, GiZ, UN, and Adam Smith International. Shabgeer’s proficiency lies in mega and complex project design, start-up, and broadening and enhancing individual and institutional capacities. Shabgeer studied economics in his graduate studies in India and holds a postgraduate degree in Business Management from the Australian National University.
